1. Acceptance

By using ShowMenu, you agree to these terms. The system is intended for restaurant ordering, waiting, and administration.

2. Restaurant owner responsibilities

Keep menu data, prices, taxes, and table labels correct
Configure billing, GST, and service settings properly
Review waiting time settings before going live
Follow local laws and compliance requirements

3. Ordering control

Restaurant admins can enable or disable ordering
When ordering is disabled, guests may still view the menu
Waiting list settings can remain active independently

4. Waiting list behavior

Waiting estimates are based on restaurant settings and queue activity. The estimate can change when the queue changes or when the restaurant updates its wait setting.

5. Security

Admins must protect login credentials
Sessions and tokens may expire for safety
Unauthorized access may be blocked
Public pages can be indexed while admin and billing pages stay private

6. Availability

The system is provided as-is. Hosting, browser issues, updates, or service outages can affect availability.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for incorrect restaurant data, customer disputes, third-party service failures, or hosting issues outside our control.

8. Third-party services

Optional integrations such as Google Sheets and Google Drive are subject to their own terms and configuration.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
